 Greetings B anking has changed drastically and it is changing very fast.  To cope up with present competition management needs to make certain decisions within a short period of time.  Taking a decision is not easy without the proper information. Due to this IT cell of a bank is always under pressure.  Moreover, we cannot expect every report from our software vendor and IT cell end up with a wide gap between them and management. H ere I may introduce myself as a Helping Hand to ease the pressure of both management and IT Cell.
