Banking has changed drastically and it is changing very fast. 

To cope up with present competition management needs to make certain decisions within a short period of time. 

Taking a decision is not easy without the proper information.

Due to this IT cell of a bank is always under pressure. 

Moreover, we cannot expect every report from our software vendor and IT cell end up with a wide gap between them and management.

Here I may introduce myself as a Helping Hand to ease the pressure of both management and IT Cell.

A brief introduction

I myself Hemant Karnik have worked for a renown Schedule Co-operative bank for 30+ years and subsequently worked for Sarswat Infotech for almost a year.

During my tenure in the bank, I started my career as a clerk and reached to the level of Deputy Manager and faced various challenges. 

To quote a few, during my tenure in IT  I have deployed various reports  which were not available in the system we were on,using FoxPro for Dos, Excel, VBA. 

The latest achievement is the deployment of around 200 + reports using Oracle Apex.

 I am able to generate parameterized reports that are required by bank.

Technical Requisites

To achieve the above task what is needed is only a permission to access a server where backup of production data is saved on a daily basis(MIS SERVER).

Fees

Fees can be structured as per the need with detail interaction with Management.

e.g. a per report or a fixed amount for a year payable monthly with the conveyance separately.
